Unbelievable is a quick-action carpet spot and stain remover suitable for use on carpets and upholstery. Ideal for hospitals, nursing homes, and households, it tackles a wide spectrum of stains including grease and oils, protein-based stains such as gravy, eggs, milk, and blood, and some tannin, tea, and coffee-based stains.
Unbelievable is safe for use on wool fibres, with a pH neutral formulation that will not damage carpet fibres. It removes a wide range of stains, genuinely reducing the need for multiple specialist cleaning products in your inventory. It includes a protective stain blocker so treated stains are less prone to reoccurring, a common weakness of standard high-alkaline spotters, and also removes odours from food spills. Unbelievable is WoolSafe approved, having passed up to 16 rigorous tests confirming it is colour safe and will not harm wool fibres. It is supplied ready to use.
To use, apply neat, without dilution. Pre-test in an inconspicuous area and cover with a clean white towel, leaving for 5 minutes to check for colour transfer before proceeding. Blot excess liquid or remove solid soil first, then apply to the outside edge of the stain using a trigger spray, without oversaturating the carpet. Work the product towards the middle of the stain using a clean white towel, avoiding scrubbing with a sponge, which can spread the stain. Leave for 2 minutes, then blot with a clean, wet, white towel, repeating until no more soiling transfers. Rinse the treated area with cold water and blot or extract.
