Actichem Emulsifier Plus is a premium quality extraction detergent liquid formulated for professional carpet cleaning. This innovative emulsifier has a well-buffered pH and a unique combination of solvents, detergents, and water softeners for cutting through the toughest of soils, genuinely taking the effort out of carpet cleaning. It is purpose-built for the hottest truck mount cleaning systems, remaining stable at ultra high heat to minimise residual deposits and clogged spray jets.
Emulsifier Plus has the muscle to cut through stubborn oily soils, emulsifying tracked-in particulate soiling and releasing it for efficient extraction. Its high heat stability means it stays fully in solution even at the extreme temperatures generated by truckmount systems, protecting equipment and maintaining consistent performance job after job.
For wool and stain resistant carpets, or where a two-step process is used, mix 12ml per 10 litres (1:800). For heavy soil conditions using a single-step process, mix 25ml per 10 litres (1:400). For truck mount concentrate, mix 250ml per 10 litres of water, setting the flow meter to 2 to 4 gallons per hour for wool and stain resistant carpets or two-step cleaning, or 4 to 8 gallons per hour for heavy soil single-step cleaning. Always prepare the carpet with thorough vacuuming before use, and pre-test in an inconspicuous area for substrate sensitivity to chemicals.
