Description
Cafe SA12 is a clear, moderately thick orange liquid with no perfume. It is an economical, yet effective detergent designed for hand washing of pots, pans and dishes and light duty cleaning of all washable surfaces.
This product is approved for use in food contact areas.
Cafe SA12 is an unperfumed detergent. This means it cannot taint foodstuffs with fragrance.
Cafe SA12 is suitable for use in all food preparation areas.
For manual dishwashing use Cafe SA12 at a dilution of 5-10 mL in a domestic sink.
In a commercial sink use 25-50 mL per 50 litres capacity.
For general cleaning use at a rate of 2 mL/litre.
If using through a dispensing bottle, do not dilute with water before adding to the bottle as this will dilute the preservative.
