Dominant Café SA12 Non Fragranced Manual Dishwashing Detergent 5 Litre (C23827)
Café SA12 is an economical, non-fragranced manual dishwashing detergent designed for hand washing pots, pans, and dishes, as well as light duty cleaning of all washable surfaces. Being unperfumed, it is ideal for use in food processing plants and food preparation areas, where fragranced products could risk tainting food. It is also a genuinely economical product, well suited to areas where staff may tend to overuse detergents.
Café SA12 is a highly concentrated, pH neutral formula with biodegradable surfactants, and forms part of Dominant's Earthcare range of products, which meet strict environmental and sustainability standards to reduce environmental impact. It is suitable for use across all food preparation areas without tainting foodstuffs.
For manual dishwashing, use at a dilution rate of 1 to 5mL per litre depending on application and degree of soiling. For general cleaning, use at a dilution rate of 2mL per litre. For a commercial sink, use 25 to 50mL per 50 litre capacity. If using through a dispensing bottle, do not dilute with water before adding to the bottle, as this will dilute the preservative.
