Dominant Typhoon Machine Warewashing Detergent 5 Litre (C25182)
Typhoon is specially formulated to provide outstanding cleaning of tableware in commercial dishwashers. It is automatically dispensed by a commercial dishwasher feeder, giving genuinely consistent, hands-free dosing for busy commercial kitchens and warewashing operations, simply change the drum when empty.
For machine dishwashing, use at a dosage rate of 1.5 to 2.0g per litre. For CIP (Clean-In-Place) applications, use 1 to 5% depending on the type and level of soiling, contact time, and agitation required. Typhoon must be rinsed from all contact surfaces using fresh water after use.
This product is highly alkaline (pH 13.2 neat) and may be corrosive to metals. Always wear appropriate PPE and read and understand the SDS before use.
