Agar Ultrastrip Floor Polish Remover 1 Litre (ULT1)
Ultrastrip is a low foaming stripper with a free rinsing action that leaves floors stripped and ready for recoating. It has a low concentration of volatile ingredients, making it practically odourless to work with, a genuine advantage over traditional harsh-smelling strippers, especially in occupied or confined spaces.
Ultrastrip gives fast and complete attack of sealer and wax films. The speed and depth of its reaction decrease the need for machining, saving genuine time and labour on stripping jobs. It rips through old polish and heavy build-ups with a complete stripping action, even on stubborn coatings, and floors remain non-slippery to walk on while Ultrastrip is in use. Ultrastrip will not affect metal, vinyl tile, or wood surfaces, but must be diluted for stripping rubber floors, and should be well diluted and used cautiously on sheet vinyl floors.
To use, dilute 1 part Ultrastrip with 10 to 20 parts cold water depending on the severity of the polish build-up, using a stronger concentration (up to 1:3) for extremely heavy, multi-layered build-up. For rubber and sheet vinyl floors, always dilute at least 1:20 to avoid surface damage. Mop the diluted solution generously over the floor, allow 10 to 15 minutes for chemical activation without letting the floor dry out, then scrub with a black pad on a slow-speed floor machine before rinsing thoroughly with clean water.
This product is a Class 8 corrosive substance (UN 1719) and a Dangerous Good under the Australian Dangerous Goods Code. It is harmful if swallowed and causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Wear appropriate PPE, avoid breathing mists, and always read and understand the SDS before use.
