Actichem Tile and Grout Power is a super-strength tile, grout, and hard surface cleaner engineered to blast through tough soil and carbon build-up on tile, grout, and concrete. Known among cleaning specialists as one of the most powerful products in its category, it removes grease, oils, and general grime exceptionally well, delivering fast, deep cleaning results even on the most challenging, heavily soiled surfaces.
A high caustic content and advanced surfactant system combine with specialty penetrating agents and a potent alkali blend to deliver radical cleaning strength across ceramic tiles, grout, terracotta, concrete, and other resilient surfaces. Beyond everyday grime, Tile and Grout Power is highly effective against stubborn carbon deposits and oily residues, making it particularly valuable in industrial kitchens, bakeries, workshops, and food processing plants where heavy soil loads and grease are common. It is safe on all man-made tiles, natural stone products, grout, and concrete at recommended dilutions.
For deep clean applications, add 50 to 100ml per litre of water (1:20 to 1:9). For standard cleaning applications, add 8 to 12ml per litre of water (1:120 to 1:80). Apply with a mop and bucket, autoscrubber, or pressure washer, and agitate heavily soiled areas using a stiff brush, autoscrubber, or slow speed rotary scrubber. Rinse thoroughly with clean water after use. This is a highly caustic, corrosive product, so gloves, eye protection, and appropriate PPE should always be worn, and the SDS read and understood before use.
