Actichem Foamex Liquid is a professional-grade defoamer solution designed for use in extraction cleaning systems. Its highly effective silicone complex prevents foam build-up in wands, hoses, and waste tanks, stopping foam at the source to protect equipment from damage and ensure optimal vacuum performance throughout every job.
Foam build-up is a common cause of poor suction performance in extraction cleaners, and Foamex Liquid eliminates this problem directly, enhancing vacuum performance and extending the working life of extraction equipment. The formula is fully compatible with cleaning solutions, meaning it will not affect pH or interfere with cleaning performance, and it protects vacuum motors and blowers from the damage that foam can cause over time.
To use, dilute Foamex Liquid 1:4 to 1:10 with clean water, then pour 1 to 2 cups of the solution directly into the hose of running extraction equipment for immediate foam collapse in the wand, vacuum pipes, and waste tank. This process may need to be repeated periodically if foam generation remains high.
