Actichem Performance Gold is a high-performance carpet cleaning prespray built from a unique blend of high-performance surfactant chemistry, soil release agents, and solvents, delivering grease-cutting power normally only associated with high pH, heavy-duty degreasers. Despite this cleaning strength, it still cares for the carpet fibre and rinses freely, leaving the carpet genuinely chemical free.
Performance Gold employs a no-cost-spared selection of grease-cutting agents to break through resistant soiling, with specialty polymer technology suspending soils for effective rinsing. Smart chemistry breaks down and suspends fine clays and atmospheric soiling, particularly beneficial in areas where red soils and tracked-in dirt are common. It is fibre safe for use on virtually all carpet fibres including nylon, polypropylene, acrylics, and wool, and meets the specifications for use on 5th generation stain resistant carpet. As an ultra concentrate formula, it dilutes to highly economical ratios while still delivering high performance cleaning. A low VOC profile means no unwanted vapours, and the formula is phosphate free, avoiding contribution to waterway eutrophication.
To use, add 15 to 30ml per litre of water (1:64 to 1:32) depending on soil conditions. For Hydroforce high pressure systems with a 1:9 tip, add 700ml to 1.2 litres into a 5 litre Hydroforce container and fill with water. Always prepare the carpet with thorough vacuuming, prespray the solution without allowing it to dry, agitate, and allow 5 to 10 minutes dwell time. Extract rinse using Emulsifier Plus or Extracta Pro for synthetic carpets, or Rinse Pro for wool carpets. Assist drying with air movers if atmospheric conditions are humid.
