Actichem Upholstery Plus is a professional upholstery prespray detergent formulated specifically for the effective cleaning of all synthetic upholstery fabrics. It delivers outstanding grease-cutting performance and stain removal ability for reliable, fast cleaning results, making it ideal for restaurants, hotels, cinemas, institutions, and government buildings.
A carefully chosen selection of solvents and emulsifiers effectively releases and suspends the tough organic and oily, greasy soiling typical to upholstery, while a unique stain removing compound tackles marks that other products leave behind, reducing spotting after cleaning. The formulation has been engineered to emulsify rapidly with rinse water, ensuring minimum residual chemical and maximum soil removal.
To use, vacuum the fabric to remove loose soil, then mix 250ml Upholstery Plus with 4 litres of clean water (1:16 dilution). One litre of ready-to-use solution covers approximately a four-seater lounge suite or 4m². Spray onto the fabric until wetted out, agitate with a bonnet mitt or upholstery cleaning brush, rinse extract using Actichem Rinse Pro, then brush to re-align fibres and allow to dry. For heavily soiled areas such as chair arms, prespray with Actichem VDS for even faster results. Note that Upholstery Plus is intended for synthetic upholstery fabrics; for cotton, silk, and other delicate fabrics, Actichem Encap Fine Fabric is the appropriate product.
