Actichem Colloidal Boost is a concentrated cleaning booster additive built on modern cleaning and stain removal technology. It combines super wetting agents and penetrants with radical strength emulsification chemistry, further enhanced by stain removal technology used in the textile industry, without relying on harsh solvents or alkaline cleaning agents to achieve its results.
Added to any carpet or hard floor care detergent, Colloidal Boost dramatically increases wetting power, several thousand times more effectively than a traditional prespray detergent, enabling emulsifiers and stain removal agents to penetrate faster and deeper into carpet fibres and difficult-to-wet surfaces. It is chemically compatible with most carpet and hard floor detergents and will not alter the ionic charge or pH of the solution it is added to. With a neutral pH, it is fibre safe for use on all synthetic and most delicate fibres and fabrics, including 5th generation nylon and coloured fabrics.
To use as a booster, mix 10 to 20ml of Colloidal Boost per litre of ready-to-use cleaning solution and follow normal cleaning procedure. It can also be used on its own as a spotter (diluted 1:9) or as a prespray (diluted 1:50 to 1:100). Always pre-test in an inconspicuous area for substrate sensitivity and dye stability before use.
