Actichem Pet and Flood is a unique spotting solution for the high-performance removal of cellulosic browning, urine stains, and their associated odours. This innovative formulation combines a powerful urine crystal and stain removal blend with a two-pronged microbiocidal chemistry specific to urine decontamination and odour neutralisation, addressing stain, odour, and bacteria in a single treatment.
A carefully selected blend of low pH salts neutralises urine crystals and lifts stains directly from the fibre, while a blend of biocides eliminates bacteria such as E. coli commonly found in urine deposits, ensuring thorough sanitation rather than just surface cleaning. The formula also provides high-performance removal of cellulosic browning caused by flood damage, excessive wetting, and high alkalinity. Super-wetting agents ensure complete coverage of fibres, backing, and subfloors for genuinely deep decontamination. It is fibre safe for use on all natural and synthetic fibres, though pre-testing on delicate fabrics is recommended, and leaves behind a pleasant, low-odour fresh lemon scent.
To use, apply and rinse extract using Actichem Rinse Pro, then allow to dry, assisting with increased ventilation where possible. Note that some particularly stubborn urine stains may require additional treatment using Actichem Spotaway U.
