AGAR MATT FINISH FLOOR SEALER 5L
Description
Agar Matt Finish Floor Sealer 5 Litre (MAT5)
Agar Matt Finish is a tough, hard-wearing, water-based floor sealer that dries to a genuine low-sheen finish. It protects floors and cuts down on sun-glare while remaining fully strippable, so coatings can be replaced whenever desired, a major benefit in hospitals and nursing homes where floor maintenance schedules matter.
Matt Finish is a low-sheen acrylic floor sealer with maximum toughness and mark-resistance. Many architects specify low-sheen floor coatings in new buildings because they reduce glare and impart a softer look to interior spaces, and Matt Finish is excellent for exactly this purpose in buildings where sun-glare would otherwise be uncomfortable, minimising reflections and glare effectively. It is suitable for application to all normal floors, including vinyl, timber, stone, terrazzo, and concrete.
Matt Finish dries to a non-reflective, very low-sheen coating, requires minimal stirring, and is easy to lay, making it easier to produce a uniform, streak-free coating. It is clear and colourless, non-slip when dry, and delivers a hard-wearing, tough coating that lasts well even under heavy traffic.
