Research Products Oven & Grill Cleaner Heavy Duty Degreaser 5 Litre (CHRC-12015A / 165155)
Research Products Oven & Grill Cleaner is a heavy duty oven and grill cleaner and degreaser that removes the toughest of baked-on or burnt carbon, fat, and grease build-ups. It is a highly alkaline, fast-acting cleaner formulated to produce quick results and improve productivity, increasing cleaning power to genuinely cut through grease and fats in demanding commercial kitchen environments.
For oven cleaning, pre-heat the oven to 60 to 80°C and scrape off excess fat and residue. Dilute 1 part Oven & Grill Cleaner with 3 parts water, then apply the solution with a sponge, or spray onto oven walls. Allow a minute or two for the solution to penetrate, scour, and wipe clean with a sponge, then rinse with water when clean.
For grill cleaning, first empty the grease catch pan and maintain hotplate temperature between 60 and 80°C, keeping the ventilator running. Dilute 1 part Oven & Grill Cleaner with 3 parts water, pour onto the grill, and scrub using a stainless steel scourer while agitating. Pour on extra solution if it begins to dry, then scrape off residue and liquid into the grease catcher.
This product is a Class 8 corrosive substance and Dangerous Good under the Australian Dangerous Goods Code (ADG Code 1719, Caustic Alkali Liquid, N.O.S.). Always read and understand the SDS before use, and wear appropriate PPE.
