Agar Grill Clean is a powerful, fast-acting alkaline liquid for dissolving fat, carbon, and baked-on food residues, keeping ovens, ranges, grills, and hotplates in commercial kitchens hygienically clean. It is a fast-acting, concentrated detergent designed for removing fat, grease, carbon, and burnt-on food residues from ovens, grills, hotplates, and deep fryers, and is ideal for use in all kitchens as well as on outdoor barbecue hotplates and grills.
Grill Clean contains caustic potash to rapidly attack fats and burnt-on protein residues. Selected surfactants disperse and emulsify fatty, oily, proteinaceous, and carbon residues, allowing the surface to be rinsed clean after scrubbing, without the need for excessive hard scrubbing or scraping. It can be applied neat directly onto surfaces or mixed in a solution with water depending on the level of soiling. Grill Clean is non-flammable, biodegradable, and safe for food contact surfaces once thoroughly rinsed.
This product is highly caustic. Always wear appropriate PPE, including gloves and eye protection, and read and understand the SDS before use.
