Actichem Encap Plus is an advanced low moisture encapsulating cleaner delivering tough grease cutting action with a genuine, brittle dry-down and effective anti-resoiling technology. It also provides good foaming action and includes fluorochemical technology that helps operators track their cleaning progress across a job.
An advanced blend of high-performance embrittling and encapsulation agents encapsulates emulsified soil, embrittling it for easy removal by subsequent dry vacuuming. Precisely balanced emulsification and embrittling performance allows a larger amount of soil to be removed than with older cleaning methods. Encap Plus is ideal for commercial carpet, requiring no rinsing, delivering faster cleaning rates, reducing recurring stains, and avoiding rapid resoiling. It is fibre safe for use on wool, stain-resistant nylon, synthetics, and synthetic upholstery, and is WoolSafe and CleanSeal certified.
To use, mix 250ml Encap Plus with 8 litres of clean water. Vacuum the carpet to remove loose soil, then apply the solution through a shampoo tank or coarse spray. One litre of solution covers approximately 5 to 20m² depending on carpet pile density. Scrub or agitate the treated area using a low speed scrubber fitted with a carpet brush or white pad, then allow the carpet to dry for 30 to 60 minutes before reopening to traffic. Encapsulated soils are removed through subsequent dry vacuuming, ideally left for at least 24 hours before vacuuming.
