Actichem Spotaway U is a specialised spotting solution designed for the high-performance removal of urine stains and associated odours. Its advanced formulation features stabilised hydrogen peroxide, delivering powerful urine crystal and stain removal where other treatments may fail, making it particularly effective on older, stubborn stains that respond only to hydrogen peroxide neutralisation.
The hydrogen peroxide formula also breaks down a variety of colour stains such as wine and cordial, while effectively neutralising the bacteria and germs responsible for unpleasant odours. It is non-residual, leaving nothing behind and requiring no rinsing after application, and is colour safe for use on colourfast carpets and fabrics. Fibre safe for natural and synthetic fibres, though fine fabrics should always be pre-tested for colour stability before use.
This convenient 500mL size comes ready to use with a spray head, making it a practical, portable size for spot treatment work without the commitment of a larger container.
To use, remove as much of the urine spill as possible through steam extraction, apply undiluted directly to the affected area, then agitate with a carpet rake or upholstery brush. Some stains respond within 5 to 10 minutes, while others may take 2 to 4 hours, with stubborn stains occasionally requiring repeat treatment. No rinse is needed, simply apply and leave. Store out of direct sunlight, as the product is sensitive to heat and light, and avoid storing it in a vehicle for extended periods.
