DOMINANT COMBI CLEAN 5L
Description
Combi Clean contains a special blend of dispersants to keep soils suspended in the cleaning of Combi Ovens.
Combi Clean can be used in cold, warm or hot water.
If used in cold water the concentration will need to be increased.
Combi Clean is automatically dispensed by an electronic feeder supplied on loan from Dominant.
Simply change the drum when empty. The normal use dilution will depend on the level of soiling, the temperature of use and effectiveness of the machine.
It ranges from around 3g/litre up to 5g/litre for cold water cleaning.
Safety
Combi Clean is a caustic product. Always wear safety goggles and chemical resistant gloves when changing drums.
It must only be used with an electronic feeder on a commercial combi oven. Never add manually or use for manual cleaning.
Store in a secure area that can be locked and segregate from any incompatible materials.
