Dominant Range Cleaner Heavy Duty Oven & Grill Cleaner 5 Litre (C11296)
Range Cleaner is a heavy duty caustic cleaner designed for hot plates, grills, ranges, and deep fryers, formulated for use in commercial kitchens and food preparation areas. It is a high strength cleaner for the removal of fats and soiling from steel and cast iron surfaces, quickly emulsifying grease, carbon, and burnt-on food. This product is used by professionals and is not to be used on aluminium.
To apply, hold the spray bottle at arm's length and spray carefully onto the surface using a coarse spray to prevent misting. Do not use on surfaces over 80°C, as the product will boil off. Food contact surfaces such as grill plates can be rinsed with a diluted vinegar solution after water rinsing to ensure all alkaline residues are removed. If soiling is very heavy or baked on, leave for an hour or more and use a scouring pad to assist with removal. For deep soaking, add a 1:10 solution of Range Cleaner in water, heat to 80°C, allow to soak for 30 minutes, then empty the solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Take care when spraying, as this product is hazardous. Use of a half or full face respirator fitted with a P2 or P3 filter is recommended. Always read and understand the SDS before use.
