Dominant Gorilla Oven & Grill Cleaner 5 Litre (C26898)
Gorilla is a non-caustic, high strength oven and grill cleaner used to remove built-up grease and fats from all washable hard surfaces. Gorilla contains special alkali stable thickeners that give good contact time on vertical surfaces for enhanced cleaning, and corrosion inhibitors that make it suitable for use on aluminium barbeque plates and sandwich presses, unlike many traditional caustic oven cleaners.
Gorilla is excellent on baked-on deposits and is septic safe for use on all washable hard surfaces. Decant neat Gorilla into a dispensing bottle and spray over the surface of a warm oven or barbeque plate. Do not use on surfaces over 80°C, as it will boil off. Leave on the surface for a minimum of 10 minutes, then rinse or wipe off with a wet cloth. If soiling is very heavy or baked on, leave for an hour or more and use a scouring pad to assist with removal. Food contact surfaces such as barbeque plates and sandwich grills must be rinsed thoroughly with fresh water. Do not spray over polished aluminium, paintwork, or electrical wires.
For soaking dishwashing machines to remove excess oil, empty fat out of the machine and wash using manual detergent solution first, then add a 1:10 solution of Gorilla in water and heat to 80°C.
Despite being marketed as a milder, non-caustic alternative to traditional oven cleaners, this product is classified as hazardous and causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Always wear appropriate PPE, including gloves and eye protection, and read and understand the SDS before use.
