Actichem Fabric Shield SV is an advanced solvent-based fluorochemical polymer providing premium protection against spills and stains. It has been professionally formulated to create a durable, highly repellent property on each fibre, holding spills and stains at the surface rather than allowing them to penetrate, giving you time to remove them before they become permanent.
Modern fluorochemical polymer technology delivers premium protection against water-based stains, oil-based stains, and general grime, as well as protecting against food and beverage spills and hair and body oils. Fabric Shield SV is the product of choice for dry-clean only fabrics, where a water-based protector would not be suitable. It also makes routine upholstery cleaning by wet extraction significantly more successful, as soiling releases more quickly and easily once treated. It is safe for use on all water cleanable fabrics, drapes, tablecloths, and upholstery, as well as leather.
Always pre-test in an inconspicuous area for substrate sensitivity to chemicals before full application. This product is a Class 3 flammable liquid, so it should be handled and stored away from heat sources and open flame, with the SDS read and understood before use.
