Actichem Grease Off 5 Litre (AP250.05)
Actichem Grease Off is a powerful, thickened oven and grill cleaner engineered for heavy-duty use in commercial kitchens, restaurants, fast food outlets, and food production facilities. Fast-acting alkali and emulsifying agents break through heavy grease, fat, and carbon build-up, while the thickened formula clings to vertical surfaces for maximum contact time and cleaning action.
The proprietary solvent and surfactant system is low in odour and toxicity, minimising chemical fuming during use, and the formula does not cause rusting of iron and steel components, protecting the longevity of kitchen equipment. It is effective on ovens, grills, range hoods, filters, bakery racks, and baking equipment, as well as removing heavy grease deposits from concrete floors and tiles.
To use, heat the oven to 70°C and switch off the main power. Apply undiluted to grill and oven surfaces with a spray bottle or brush, allow to penetrate for 30 minutes, then wipe down with a wet cloth or sponge and rinse well with water. Scouring action may be needed for stubborn deposits. Do not use on electrical components, paintwork, aluminium, or vinyl tiles.
This product is a Class 8 corrosive liquid. Read the SDS before use and ensure gloves and eye protection are worn at all times.
