DOMINANT BREAKAWAY 5L
Description
Breakaway is a concentrated alkaline cleaner with exceptional grease cutting performance for kitchens and food processing areas. Breakaway is suitable for cleaning floors and hard surfaces.
Breakaway has been assessed as suitable for use in all food preparation areas.
Breakaway is used for cleaning floors, walls, benches etc. Use at dilutions from 1:10 to 1:80 dependent on degree of soiling.
For general cleaning use at a dilution of 1:40 (1 cup in 10 litres of water). Rinse all food contact surfaces with potable water after use.
Breakaway works best in warm to hot water as this softens fatty deposits making them easier to remove.
Breakaway is not recommended for cleaning aluminium. For aluminium cleaning we recommend the use of Super Active, PX 22 or Gorilla.
